STRETCHING SLOWLY ANNIHILATING SCIATICA

After eight half hour sessions in the gym I am now no longer having to take six painkillers a day to ease my back pain.

The pain is still there but not nearly as often and certainly not as severe.

I have been doing a number of stretching exercises aimed at mobilising my lower back and easing the irritation caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve.

Next week I aim to return to jogging. I will let you know how I get on.
