BGU bounce back after disappointing defeat

The trauma of losing 6-1 to the University of Lincoln in last month’s Cathedral Cup has been well and truly put behind the BGU football team as their last two matches have seen them defeat the students from Oxford Brookes and Bedfordshire 2-0 and 5-1 respectively.

Perhaps the recent coaching session given by an Imps coach, goalkeeper Paul Farman and defender Chris Bush as part of the sponsorship between BGU and Lincoln City gave the students the necessary impetus to regain their form.

The BGU students complete their fixtures for the season when they take on Coventry University on Wednesday.
