DESKBOUND IN OFFICE: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

It isn’t natural to sit in front of a computer screen for four hours without a break.

To work all day glued to your monitor, with only a toilet break for exercise, would make builders, PE Teachers, window cleaners and even traffic wardens cringe.

And just to make matters worse, eating lunch clamped to your chair is damaging to both your brain and your body.

In short, we need to break out of the office if we are to be productive to both our employers and ourselves.

If we don’t, we get fat. Our posture suffers. Our brain slows down.

The solution? Get some fresh air and go for a stroll at lunchtime. This type of exercise is free, easy to take part in and just as beneficial as three hours in the gym.

Do it before it’s too late!!
