The Holy Blues face seventh-placed Stockport County today with only the thought of survival on their minds.

Boss Dave Frecklington has wiped a clean slate for his players to go out and secure league safety for Trinity.

After a disappointing 4-0 loss at Chorley last weekend Frecklington wants to ensure his squad goes into the last five games of the season in the right frame of mind.

He said: “We have five games left and there are 15 points to play for and we have a chance to win all five of those games.

“We had a very good positive meeting with the players and have drawn a line under what has gone on before.

“Every player has a chance for a fresh start because we are facing five games to save our season.”

Sportslinc’s Prediction: Gainsborough Trinity 1 Stockport  County 0
