LINCOLN 10K : TRAINING PLAN FOR THIS WEEK

The big event is just around the corner and if you are classed as an ‘improver’ this is the type of training you should be doing this week.

Monday: 30 mins easy run

Tuesday: 10 min easy run, (1 min hard, 1 jog, 2 min hard, 2 min jog, 3 min hard, 3 min jog) x 2, 10 min easy

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 15 min easy run, 15 min tempo run, 15 min easy run

Friday: Rest

Saturday 10 min easy, 50 min steady, 10 min easy
