LINCOLN 10K: THREE WEEKS TO GO

April 2nd is just round the corner so with only three weeks to go before the big day this is what you should be running each week if you class yourself as an ‘improver’.

Monday: 35 min easy run

Tuesday: 10 min easy, 30 min fast, 10 min easy.

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 10 min easy (8 x 1 fast, 2 min jog recovery) 10 min easy

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 70 min easy run

Sunday: Rest
