Lincoln City have signed Peterborough sharpshooter Lee Angol for the rest of the season.
The young striker scored 30 goals for Boreham Wood in their promotion campaign to the National League and was Peterborough’s top scorer last season.
Boss Danny Cowley told SportsLinc: “Lee is a very special signing.
“He will be able to help the boys over the line. We are absolutely delighted to have him here.
“In a way Lee comes with a point to prove after a pre-season injury prevented him from playing until October.
“He is now fighting fit.”
The six feet three frontman will prove a real handful for any defence especially when he partners Matt Rhead in attack.
