This time last season attendances at Sincil Bank were hovering around the 1,500 mark or below.

A year on and a much brighter picture is being painted by the on going success of the Imps in the National League, the FA Cup and the FA Trophy.

The average home gate in the league since the campaign started is 4,200, well above the target of 3,000 set by Chairman Bob Dorrian.

Since January 1st 2017 the average attendance at Sincil Bank is 6,000 and rising for National League fixtures.

The club, the city and the fans have all benefitted from the Cowley regime.

Most teams in Division One and Two must envy the above figures.

The battle on all three fronts continues and Danny knows he will always have the loyal support of the Imps’ faithful.

He and Nicky cherish that support.
