Monday: 20 mins easy run

Tuesday: 30 mins easy run

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: 35 min easy run

Friday: Rest

Saturday 45 mins easy

Sunday:Rest

During an easy run you should feel relaxed. You should be breathing comfortably and be capable of holding a conversation throughout the run.
