LAST GASP EQUALISER SHOWS IMPS’ SPIRIT

When Matt Rhead struck the equaliser in the dying seconds of Saturday’s match many Lincoln City supporters¬†became aware of ¬†the new-found mentality the Cowleys have drummed into the players.

This never-say-die attitude means that the Imps’ are now 10 matches unbeaten and go to Forest Green Rovers on Saturday confident that they can return with the spoils.

Not only has boss Danny Cowley produced a bunch of players who can play high-energy, attacking football he has also instilled a very positive attitude into everyone at Sincil Bank.

Note the second highest attendance again in the National League!

Cowley said: “The great thing for us is that we have substance and proper characters that are going to fight until the end and I think they deserve credit for that.”
