A second successive win for Nettleham Under 18s is proving that all the hard work put into the side by Scott Russell and his management team is paying off.

A 3-0 win at bottom-of-the-table Metheringham and a first clean sheet of the season gave the Nettleham boss something to smile about.

The performance was so impressive that keeper Ryan Smith did not have to make a save.

A hat trick from Callum Gray gave him his sixth goal in two outings and moved the Nettleham youngsters towards mid-table respectability.
