More than 40 youngsters a day have been attending the tennis coaching sessions at the Eastgate Club during the second week of the Easter holidays.
Youngsters aged four are shown the basics of throwing, catching and balance whilst the older participants are taught the art of etiquette, sportsmanship and rules of the game.
Head coach Simon Taylor said: “We have had youngsters from as far as Boston and Woodhall Spa taking part in the sessions along with lots of local children.
“New friendships are being made and the youngsters are learning the joys of playing tennis.
“We aim to make the Eastgate Club the hub for tennis coaching.”
