RETURN TO RUNNING: PART SIX

Three miles in 30 minutes made me sweat.

That’s why I’m doing it.

It was hard work yet hard work brings rewards.

I should have stuck to Tee shirt and shorts. You soon get hot.

Legs and back feel fine. So far so good.

I think I brought on the sciatica by over-doing things back in April.

Too many races, not enough training.

As for food, take a look at this: spinach, mushrooms, celery, peppers, onions, cauliflower, garlic,cabbage.

Chuck it (that’s the technical term) all in a pot, fry it for 10 minutes then add stock.

Let it simmer. Blend when cool.

Result? The tastiest home-made soup ever.
