As for food, take a look at this: spinach, mushrooms, celery, peppers, onions, cauliflower, garlic,cabbage.
Chuck it (that’s the technical term) all in a pot, fry it for 10 minutes then add stock.
Let it simmer. Blend when cool.
Result? The tastiest home-made soup ever.
