RETURN TO RUNNING: DAY FIVE

Rest day means recovery though that doesn’t stop me doing a three mile walk.

Like running it helps clear your mind and gets you out of the four walls.

Hamstrings are far too tight and that’s what contributed to return of sciatica previously.

Doing the right stretching every day though not into yoga….even if it did work for Ryan Giggs.

Treated myself to nice glass of red wine last night as a reward for laying off bread, cheese, chocolate and chips for past five days.

Well after all everyone needs something to look forward to.
