RETURN TO RUNNING: DAY FOUR

A slow 30 minute run that covered around three miles.

The pouring rain didn’t bother me.

The main thing is that I am back in training. Back running.

No cheese, bread or booze all week.

Simple really….the less weight you carry the easier it is to run.

Feeling good.
