BIG SAM BELIEVES WHITES CAN WIN AT ROMULUS

Lincoln United will be fully focused tomorrow night when they take on Romulus in the FA Trophy Preliminary Round replay and not have their minds on Saturday’s FA Cup tie.

Boss Big Sam Wilkinson aims to keep his side’s unbeaten run of seven games going and that means returning from Romulus with a victory.

Sam told SportsLinc today: “We have got a few injury doubts. Kallum Smith looks like he will still be out and Tom Maddison is struggling again with his rib but hopefully he will be fit.

“Gary King is another doubt with an ankle injury but other than that we will be going there as full strength as we can be.

“We haven’t got one eye on Saturday. We are fully focused on tomorrow night.

“Playing a game is better than training.

“We aim to put right the wrongs from Saturday even though there wasn’t a lot wrong with our performance. We just missed chances.

“A bit more nous and a bit more game management late on would have seen us through but I’m convinced if we play like we did on Saturday we will win the game.”

ALWAYS LOOK ON THE WHITE SIDE OF LIFE
