Lincoln United have won their last four games in all competitions.

Saturday’s 1-0 win over Rugby Town moved them up to thirteenth in the league.

Sam Wilkinson’s men take on lowly Sheffield at the Sun Hat Villas tomorrow evening.

Victory would see them move into the top half of the table.

Whites’ boss Sam Wilkinson said after Saturday’s result: “The lads were disappointed with their performance, which is fair enough.

“I reminded them that you can’t get more than three points.

“As we are behind in the number of games played it is important that we keep picking up victories, especially if our cup run continues.”

This Saturday the Ashby Avenue outfit host Handsworth Parramore in the third round qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup.

It is seven years since the Whites made the fourth round qualifying.

However for Saturday’s opponents it is the first time they have reached this stage in the world’s most famous cup competition.
