The revitalised Lincoln Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 2nd October and in preparation for the event you can take part in a free training session on Saturday 10th September at 2pm at the Total Fitness Gym.
The afternoon will consist of an introduction to the course, a nutrition talk and a group five-mile run.
