The #GapHire T20 tournament got off to a blistering start last night as Lindum posted a very impressive 240 for three wickets from 20 overs.
Will Wright top-scored with 91 from 52 balls ably supported by Tom Lindsay who smashed 83 not out from just 32 deliveries.
In reply Hartsholme made a solid start to their innings but lost wickets at regular intervals closing on 220 for seven after their allotted overs.
Rob Cook hit 54 for the visitors.
Lindum march on into Friday’s final when they will play the winners of this evening’s other semi-final between Bracebridge Heath and Woodhall Spa.
Meanwhile Hartsholme will turn out again on Thursday battling for third-place.
Organiser Will Taylor said: “It was a fantastic night of entertainment with plenty of boundaries.
“There is more floodlit cricket to look forward to tonight at 7.30 with entry at just £2 or £5 for a car full.”
