The Bank Holiday weekend saw the end-of-season tournaments take place at the Eastgate Club in Uphill Lincoln and there was a new name to go on the men’s champions trophy as James Ashoo overcame James Maxted in a tightly fought final.
In the men’s doubles James Maxted and David Clayton were crowned champions.
In yesterday’s Harry Kipling Round Robin tournament which attracted 24 entries for the mixed-doubles competition Juan Olayo and Priscilla Tyers ran out winners.
