All Saturday’s games in the Lincolnshire Cricket County League Premier Division were abandoned due to rain but a full programme was played on ┬áBank Holiday Monday.

Bracebridge Heath 2nd X1 scored a magnificent 248 for five against Caistor CC thanks to opener Steven Scott’s 135 not out and wicketkeeper Andrew Scott’s 50.

Himesh Silva chipped in with four wickets for 58.

Cherry Willingham 1st X1 gained a maximum 20 points after they skittled out Market Rasen 1st X1 for 63 thanks to some fine bowling from Phil Nicholson who took five Rasen wickets for 18 runs.

Cherry now head the table by 50 points from second-place Alford and District CC.

Bracebridge 2nd X1 sit third in the table with Scothern sixth and Hartsholme CC second-bottom.
