We are just six weeks away from the first Lincoln Half Marathon 2016.
Everyone at SportsLinc is looking forward to the big day on Sunday 2nd October and hoping your preparation for the 13.1 mile race is going well.
Total Fitness are hosting a free training session on Saturday 10th September between 2.00-5.00 pm whether you are signed up to run or not.
The afternoon will consist of an introduction to the course from OSB Events, a nutrition talk and a group five-mile run.
