Lincoln United make the long trek to Shropshire tomorrow striving to strengthen their place in the play-off positions.

After Tuesday’s magnificent 1-0 win over promotion rivals Basford United the Whites moved four points clear of sixth-placed Chasetown and closed the gap on the teams above them.

Boss Dave Frecklington told Sportslinc:

“It will be a tough game against Market Drayton. If we can get a result that will be great. Tuesday’s win took a little bit of pressure off us and we now have to start turning the screw on the sides chasing us.”

With nine matches left the Ashby Avenue outfit remain on track to end the season in the top five.
